Guillermo (GAM) is an experienced Mixologist with a proven record of more than 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry in Australia and overseas. Throughout this time Guillermo have been responsible for the creation of innovative, creative and great tasting cocktails drinks and menus, based on a great diverse of palatable spirits and liquors. “I focus in what people like best and I am in a constant exploration of the latest trends and techniques.”
Currently, Guillermo is working with 2010 & Cocktail Club developing a “how to” video, to maximise training and prepare staff for mobile environments. Constantly setting up mobile cocktail bars in a many different events thorough Sydney, events such as Swarovski Fashion week, @ Hilton Hotels (Social Media & Market Research Conference) among others.
Last year, GAM provided bar consulting services for the planning and opening of two new cocktail bars in Sydney, Australia, as well as upgrading the cocktail menu of a well stablished restaurant in Surry Hills and Double Bay.
Guillermo endures himself to give the best of his creative abilities at the bar as well as “teaching” corporate and personal cocktail classes to small and medium groups, and educate palates and motivate them to understand the science behind the bar.
Throughout the experience of being in a wide variety of bar types, such as mobile bars, cocktail bars, restaurants, etc, He has developed strong skills, knowledge and character to ensure a great and professional relationship towards the patrons. During he’s career, have worked in different positions in several countries in Latin America, USA and Australia. This opportunity has allowed to work among great and multicultural people training and leading them to achieve a better performance, in order to increase the business productivity and revenue.
